Barbara D. Berney (a graphic artist and friend of Jeff Levine) had suggested making a font featuring many of the ampersands from Jeff’s large library of type, noting their popularity as decorative embellishments.

And So Forth JNL is the finished font - loaded with hundreds of ampersands in a wide variety of styles.
