Carlos was inspired by a Spanish typeface designed by Carlos Winkow called ‘Elektra’ (c. 1940), available elsewhere as Casablanca.

Carlos is an exceptionally graceful, condensed art deco sans serif design that supports all European languages that use the Latin alphabet as well as those that use the Cyrillic alphabet, and includes OpenType features, arbitrary fractions, and a collection of geometrics, dingbats & fleurons.
